A pretty unusual piece of alpine gear, these Kästle FIGL short skis were designed as compact snow tools for mountaineering, spring approaches, and quick descents on firm snow. Their short length makes them much easier to carry than a conventional ski while still providing a way to travel and descend on snow.

This pair has classic neon Kästle graphics with colorful patterned tails and comes equipped with adjustable cable-style bindings. Whether somebody actually puts them back on snow or hangs them in the ski cabin, they're a great example of old-school European mountain gear.
