Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across the United States:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.95
Priority Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.00

All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free local pickup at our store:

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, delays are outside of our control. If your order appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
